5th Grade Science
5th Grade Science!
Welcome to 5th grade science!! Students will come to science daily and complete instruction, science notebooks, interactive labs, descriptive investigations, etc. They will also have a Science STAAR test in April. This is the first year they have a STAAR test in something other than Reading and Math.
Expectations:
Be Respectful
Respect yourself, your peers, your teachers, and class supplies. Your actions and your words should be an indication of respect.
Be Responsible
Come to class on time prepared to learn. Follow classroom procedures and do not waste our instructional time.
Be the Best YOU Possible
Put effort into ALL work that you do and participate in class. It is okay to try and fail however it is never okay not to try at all. Everyone makes mistakes, but that is when the best learning takes place.
